1. Understand the brief

Tell us what you plan to do, where the property is and what stage the project has reached. Existing drawings, management instructions and reviewer comments help establish the starting point.

2. Define the responsibilities

Identify the required design, coordination and execution services. Agree the deliverables, exclusions, appointment structure and any specialist responsibilities before proceeding.

3. Prepare the information

Gather the applicant and property documents, develop the agreed technical information and coordinate interfaces. Maintain a single current drawing set and record outstanding decisions.

4. Coordinate the relevant applications

Confirm the submission route and authorised applicant. Track comments and revisions against the actual scope; do not treat one consent as permission for unrelated works.

5. Support the next project stage

Where included in the appointment, coordinate permitted site work, inspection preparation and completion documents. Review changes before they are built and preserve a useful handover record.

This form sends your enquiry to Dubai Authority Approvals by email. It does not submit an application to an authority. Please avoid identity documents in the initial enquiry; drawings can be shared once we reply.
